You can return items within 30 days as long as they are in the same condition as when we sold them. You can get an exchange for a different size or colour, or a full refund. We want to make it easy as customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Orders within New Zealand are shipped usually within a business day and will arrive between 2 to 3 days after your order.
Orders to Australia are shipped within a business day and will arrive between 5 to 14 days after your order. This depend on a few factors so we can't guarantee a timeframe.
